Job Description

Crave is a full-service pizzeria Italian restaurant located right on Main Street in downtown Buena Vista, Colorado. We are open 7 days a week for both lunch and dinner service. We offer pizza, pasta dishes and a full bar. This is an excellent entry position for those looking to enter the restaurant profession, or a limited stress environment. We train and promote from within. Our dishwashers can become cooks if interested.

Job brief

A great ‘can-do’ attitude, team-work, calm under pressure presence is ideal. Dishwashing is a constant steady pace of work.

Responsibilities

• Collect, empty and return bus carts
• Wash plateware, silverware, glassware
• Ensure the line has the essential dishes and tools to run.
• Maintain personal hygiene follow proper health code guidelines

*Requirements*

• Willingness to learn, study, and grow with regards to all aspects of working in a fast paced restaurant.
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
• Ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills, in a high-pace environment
• Good physical condition and stamina, in high heat environment
