Support Staff-Dishwasher/Busser Responsibilities

Simple Eatery is a fresh casual restaurant & bakery located right on Main Street in downtown Buena Vista, Colorado. We are open 7 days a week. We offer bakery, scratch-made meals. This is an excellent entry position for those looking to enter the restaurant profession. We train and promote from within. Our support staff become cooks and/or servers if interested.

Job brief

A great ‘can-do’ attitude, team-work, calm under pressure presence is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Clear and sanitize tables
• Collect, empty and return bus carts
• Wash plateware, silverware, glassware
• Ensure the line has the essential dishes and tools to run.
• Maintain personal hygiene & follow proper health code guidelines

*Requirements*

• Willingness to learn, study, and grow with regards to all aspects of working in a fast paced restaurant.
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
• Ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills, in a high-pace environment
• Good physical condition and stamina, in high heat environment

• Hourly wage $15-$16/hr (plus tips portion of $3-$4 more per hour), total $17-$20 / hr
