Position Summary:

The Director of Microsoft Programs – Azure for Pax8 Microsoft Vendor Alliances team will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies that drive growth and adoption of Azure Data AI and Security solutions within the Pax8 Microsoft Vendor Alliances team. The Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of the overall strategy.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and adoption of Azure Data AI and Security solutions within the Pax8 Microsoft Vendor Alliances team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of the overall strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within Pax8 and Microsoft to drive success.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Azure Data AI and Security to ensure Pax8 is at the forefront of the industry.
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure their success and growth within the organization.

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

• At least ten (10) years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on Azure Data AI and Security.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor team members.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Required Education Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• AZ 900, AI 900, AZ 104, SC 900 (required)
• AZ 500, AI 102

Compensation:

Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $160,000 or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
