Join Our Team!
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our Pre-Vocational Day Program. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others learn, grow, and prepare for greater independence and future employment opportunities.

  

? What You’ll Do

  • Support participants in building pre-vocational and workplace readiness skills (communication, time management, task completion, problem-solving).
  • Lead meaningful daily activities, skill-building sessions, and community outings.
  • Implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and document progress.
  • Encourage independence, inclusion, and self-advocacy.
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all participants.
  • Assist with personal care needs when required.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality services.
Requirements

  

? What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in human services or supporting individuals with disabilities is helpful but not required—we provide training!
  • Strong communication, patience, and reliability.
  • Ability to assist individuals with varying support needs.
  • Valid driver’s license (if transporting participants) and ability to pass      background checks.
  • Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.

  

? Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and support participants as needed.
  • Comfortable participating in community-based activities.
