Job Description:
Relatively new pediatric dental office seeking someone to fill a starting part time, potentially growing to full time front desk/receptionist position. Lots of flexibility and opportunities as this dynamic practice continues to grow. All qualified candidates encouraged to apply.
Looking for someone that is punctual and reliable, very detail-oriented, good customer service skills, previous dental/medical experience a plus.
Job duties include answering phones, check-in and check-out, scheduling patients, billing, collecting payments, verifying insurances, maintaining waiting room, confirming appts, and other duties on occasion.
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
