Job Description

Job Type: Full time, Hourly

Wage: $16-$20/hr.

Location: Florence, CO.

Job Description

Essential Elements of the Job:

  • Enthusiastically and professionally assist clients in booking service appointments relating to the heating, or plumbing system in their home.
  • Book and schedule service appointments while knowledgeably speaking to clients regarding services offered.
  • Offer suitable solutions when clients raise scheduling or price objections.

Additional Responsibilities of the Job

  • Manage a large volume of incoming calls with a friendly phone voice while delivering exceptional customer service to address the needs of our clients and field personnel.
  • Think clearly in a fast-paced decision-making environment.
  • Utilize pre-written scripts to ensure complete information is provided to clients for specific situations.
  • Accurately determine client needs to successfully book the right technician for the client’s home.
  • Work closely with teammates to successfully accomplish personal and team sales targets and quotas.
  • Receive input from the management regarding phone handling techniques with the intent to increase efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage your time including arriving on time and multitasking.
