Job Description

Job Type: Full time, Hourly

Wage: $14.55-$21.75/hr. 

Location: Florence, CO.

Job Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Outstanding work ethic
  • Experience in custodial care of buildings and grounds
  • Knowledge of chemicals used for cleaning
  • Able to work with building staff, district staff, students and community members
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Must by physically able to do a variety of custodial tasks involving lifting, pushing, pulling, digging and twisting
  • Successful completion of all mandated criminal background screenings and fingerprinting requiredinal background screenings and fingerprinting required

JOB DESCRIPTION:

9-hour workday, four days per week

SALARY & BENEFITS:

  • Salary according to the Classified Salary Schedule
  • Health insurance according to the Classified Handbook
  • PERA and Medicare and Disability Leave according to Classified Handbook
