Job Description

Job Type: Full time, Hourly

Wage: $20-$24/hr.

Location: Leadville, CO.

Job Description:

Leadville, CO has been home to KW Construction & Restoration for more than 33 years, with expanding divisions in Salida and Colorado Springs. We are looking for a motivated, ambitious Water Restoration Technician to add significant value to our restoration division. Incentives include a tool purchase program as well as paid training and certifications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work efficiently and productively without direct supervision.
  • Assess damaged contents from smoke, fire, water or other disasters to evaluate what can be saved.
  • Cleaning, repairing, and storing damaged contents until they can be returned to the home.
  • Maintaining inventory logs of all restorable and unsalvageable items.
  • Sanitizing structural features that can be saved.
  • Answering complaints, explaining job specifications, and performing other customer service duties.
  • Creating estimates and entering actual percentages into budgets.
  • Invoicing customers.
  • Adhering to personal safety standards by wearing the appropriate protective gear and using the right equipment.
  • Follow all health and safety standards per OSHA.
  • Other contents duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Travel to job sites as needed.
  • Must have your own transportation to and from work.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Good organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
