We are seeking dedicated and skilled Construction Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to perform various tasks on construction sites. This role involves working with a variety of materials and tools to assist in the construction, restoration, and maintenance of structures.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the restoration and repair of roofs, ensuring quality workmanship.
- Fabricate and install structures using wood, drywall, and other materials.
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, trimming, and finishing work.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction tasks.
- Support heavy lifting and moving of materials as needed on-site.
- Operate welding equipment for metal fabrication when required.
- Apply stucco finishes to walls and surfaces as part of the finishing process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with drywall installation and repair techniques is a plus.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry skills is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as assigned.
- A commitment to safety practices on the job site is essential.
