Job Type: Full time, Hourly

Wage: $18.18-$18.70/hr.

Location: Trinidad, CO.

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Construction Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to perform various tasks on construction sites. This role involves working with a variety of materials and tools to assist in the construction, restoration, and maintenance of structures.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the restoration and repair of roofs, ensuring quality workmanship.
  • Fabricate and install structures using wood, drywall, and other materials.
  • Perform carpentry tasks including framing, trimming, and finishing work.
  • Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction tasks.
  • Support heavy lifting and moving of materials as needed on-site.
  • Operate welding equipment for metal fabrication when required.
  • Apply stucco finishes to walls and surfaces as part of the finishing process.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with drywall installation and repair techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet.
  • Basic knowledge of carpentry skills is advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as assigned.
  • A commitment to safety practices on the job site is essential.
