Job Description

Job Type: Full time, Hourly

Wage: $15-$18.32/hr. 

Location: Buena Vista, CO.

Job Description

Primary responsibility of the position is to provide proactive assistance to patients, providers, nursing staff and clinic operations. This includes; scheduling patients, answering phones, taking and delivering accurate messages, collecting payments and maintaining patient records according to specified standards.

Must foster a culture of patient and family centered care, service, quality and safety excellence, while improving patient experience, employee experience and community relations.

Required Experience & Skills: Two years previous office experience. Must have the ability to prioritize work and manage time and the ability to communicate professionally in person and on the phone and have intermediate use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous medical office experience and bilingual skills are preferred.

Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Certifications: BLS certification/training and certification will be provided upon employment.
