Job Summary:
Position is responsible for providing administrative, leadership and operational support to all levels of staff located within the clinic ensuring excellence in customer service. Daily operation of clinic ensuring that patient care is provided in a safe and effective manner using the Patient Centered Medical Home model. Ensuring that all levels of staffing and staffing support are within appropriate levels for meeting patient healthcare needs on a daily basis. Monitoring patient flow for clinic, promoting patient satisfaction and ensuring that services are provided in a professional manner. Monitoring clinic production and review with providers and staff discussing productivity needs and ways to achieve them. Coordinating with Leadership, and conducting regular site meetings to allow clear communication between all members of the clinic on matters of importance.
Must foster a culture of patient and family centered care, service, quality and safety excellence, while improving patient experience, employee experience and community relations.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5 years previous management experience, preferably in healthcare.
- RN, LPN, Medical Assistant or Certified Dental Assistant with clinical experience is highly desired.
- Strong leadership skills
- Intermediate level computer experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology
Required Education:
- High school diploma.
- BA, BS degree in healthcare management, business is preferred;
