Job Description

We are seeking a Professional Civil Engineer (PE) to lead and grow our Colorado Springs office. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from start to finish, oversee a talented design team, and play a key role in developing new business in the region. At 3 Rocks Engineering & Surveying, you’ll work on a wide variety of projects — from residential subdivisions and utility design to commercial site plans — while contributing to the growth of our company and the communities we serve.

GOTTA HAVE IT

• 5+ years experience including site development, grading, drainage, and utility design 

• Professional Engineer (PE) in Colorado or the ability to obtain within two months. 

• 2+ years experience managing others and civil project business development

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Passion for our community, Colorado Springs, and developing an effective team and a fun work environment in our downtown Colorado Springs office.

BONUS POINTS

• Design and management experience working on projects in Colorado Springs and El Paso County

• Construction administration experience

• Residential development experience

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• $85,000-$104,000 Annual Salary
