Job Description

Job Type: Full time, Hourly

Wage: $19-$21/hr. 

Location: Canon City, CO.

Job Description:

Unbridled Hospitality Group is a dynamic full-service hospitality company that encompasses two distinctive restaurants, three vibrant bars, a historic boutique hotel and more on the horizon. ```Duties```

- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen

- Create and develop menus that meet the needs and preferences of customers

- Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of food and supplies

- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate food service operations

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

```Qualifications```

- Proven experience in food service management, including team management, kitchen management, and shift management

- Strong knowledge of the food industry, including current trends and best practices

- Excellent supervising skills to effectively lead a team of kitchen staff

- Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Note: A culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required.
