We’re seeking friendly, responsible, and safety-minded drivers to transport guests, guides, and rafting gear between the outpost and various river access points.

Position Overview

As a seasonal CDL Driver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and safe transportation for guests and staff. Your primary responsibilities include driving company vehicles such as passenger vans, buses, and equipment trucks to and from river launches and take-outs. You will also assist with daily vehicle inspections, keep vehicles clean and organized, and help maintain overall fleet readiness.

This position is ideal for individuals who love working outdoors, enjoy being part of a team, and want to spend their summer in one of Colorado’s top adventure destinations.

Requirements

  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) Endorsement

  • Clean driving record and valid DOT medical card

  • Must be 21 years or older

  • Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused attitude

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

DOT Drug and Alcohol Policy

River Runners complies with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. All drivers are required to complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening before hire and are enrolled in a random drug and alcohol testing program throughout their employment. Safety—for our guests, team, and community—is our highest priority.

Schedule and Pay

This is a seasonal position running from June through August 2026, with interviews conducted in April and May and hiring beginning in late May. Both weekday and weekend shifts are available. Pay is $23-$26 per hour and based on experience and licensing level.
