Wage: $13.65-$16/hr.

Location: Canon City, CO.

Job Description

As a production associate your primary responsibility is to be available to assist in any capacity necessary in the production area. You may also be asked to help in our retail area in various capacities.

KEY RESULT AREAS

Production Product sorting: Your primary responsibility is to assist with product sorting. You will given more specific on the job training in person. Please be very aware of what you are doing and familiarize yourself with the product you are processing. You are a valuable asset to the production process if you are engaged in what you doing. There is no way to mention every possible task you will be asked to do. Please have a willing spirit and be ready to fill various roles as they arise.

Inter-staff relations

Our culture does not sanction incompetence, bad attitudes, unresolved conflicts, etc. All issues need to be dealt with as they come and in a very timely manner. Relationships are very important, and we dont want to hurt feelings, however we are just as concerned about communicating clearly what are expectations are. New Horizons Thrift Stores expects its associates to attempt to resolve all issues relating to them and to involve their immediate upline when appropriate. New Horizons Thrift Stores expects its associates to be examples of integrity, moral excellence, and great work ethics that challenge those around them to live in a similar way. New Horizons Thrift Stores expects its associates to have a positive, upbeat, and cooperative attitude that encourages camaraderie. You may be asked to work on a Saturday or late shift in the retail store.
