What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with department leaders to design and deliver intuitive reports and visualizations that illuminate trends and opportunities across Pax8.
  • Serve as a data concierge—curating insights that help teams overcome challenges and make informed decisions.
  • Document requirements, designs, and user guides to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Identify and implement technology-driven solutions to streamline operations and enhance strategies.
  • Contribute to Pax8’s Data Governance initiatives, including business glossary management, data lineage, and stewardship.
  • Invest in your growth through Pax8’s learning programs, coaching, and stretch projects.

  • What You Bring:

    • 3+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst.
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, or Alteryx.
    • Strong SQL skills, including object development, performance tuning, and data integration.
    • Bonus points for experience with Python, Power BI DAX, and Power Query.
    • A knack for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
    • A growth mindset and a passion for learning.

    Your Background:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • A degree in Statistics or a similar field is a plus.

    Compensation:

    • Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $59,000/yr to $84,000/yr depending on experience.
