Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service while assisting them in selecting the right products to meet their needs. Your expertise in cannabis products and your ability to communicate effectively will help create a welcoming environment for our clientele.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
- Educate customers about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, and concentrates.
- Stock shelves and maintain an organized display of products to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash responsibly.
- Conduct product demos to showcase new items and promote sales.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending complementary items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the retail space, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations.
