ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Genuine ability to assess needs and wants of every patient
  • Responsible for greeting customers/patients
  • Educate and guide patients on the benefits and differences of products
  • Deliver company’s retail promise to every customer/patient while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Always uphold and ensure industry compliance regulations
  • Accurately handle all customer/patient transactions, cash handling, debit card transactions, ATM, and money management
  • Responsible for managing all sales floor inventory and ensuring merchandise is properly stocked
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful and busy circumstances
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace; responsible for cleaning and daily upkeep of the store in between custodial/janitorial visits
  • Ability to remain flexible and willing to help with other projects/tasks assigned by management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills)

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Applicants must possess a MED badge through the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division(REQUIRED)
  • (6) months to one (1) year of experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Ability to remain compliant in a highly regulated role
  • Demonstrates strong oral and written communication with customers/patients, coworkers, and management
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills, point-of-sale software, and METRC
  • Ability to deal with problems and resolve them in an efficient and professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail and a team player mentality
  • Positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic

WORK ENVIRONMENT

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Must be able to work 8+ hours a day, 40+ hours a week
  • Must be able to workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to be on feet, standing, walking majority of shift
  • Use of hands, wrists, and arms for long periods of time
  • Ability to be outside in all weather conditions when required
  • Must comply with company dress code and uniform requirements
  • Consistent bending, squatting, twisting, reaching, and lifting at least 25lbs
  • Safely/responsibly and compliantly use company provided equipment and tools
