Job Description:

Our Place Cafe in Howard, CO is looking to fill a full time back of house position. This is an incredible opportunity to grow with our business as we are just opening here in Howard and will have additional hours and positions available when we open the restaurant and bar in our space next door. The cafe hours are 7am - 2pm and compensation will be an hourly rate depending on experience plus tips. ($14 - $22) We are looking for applicants with experience but are willing to train reliable individuals with the right attitude! Responsibilities:

- Assist with catering operations, including setting up and breaking down events

- Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and guidelines

- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the back of house area

- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a catering or food service environment is preferred, but not required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
