Job Type: Seasonal, Hourly
Wage: $18-$20/hr.
Location: Mesa, CO.
Job Description:
Responsible for appropriately fitting guests for rental bicycle equipment, focusing on exceptional customer service, customer safety, and working safely.
Primary Responsibilities/Duties
• Size and select appropriate equipment
• Perform basic adjustments for customer ergonomics
• Perform Inspections and routine maintenance
• Maintain inventory
• Other duties as assigned

• Basic mechanical skills
• Knowledge of (or ability to comprehend) bicycle equipment and technology
• Honest, friendly, and enthusiastic customer service skills
• Able to handle large groups, adults, children, and special needs visitors in a professional manner
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive attitude in all interactions
• Able to handle repetitive tasks (i.e., using hand-held screwdriver)
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly
Computer Skills
• Ability to learn/use company-provided software Tools/Equipment

• Bicycle Adjustment Training
• Seasonal Orientation
• All Safety Training related to position, including company-wide safety processes and procedures
Work Environment
This position is based inside and is exposed to high altitudes (8200+ feet). Must be able to walk on both even and uneven terrain, climb/descend stairs, stand and/or sit for long periods of time, bend, stoop, reach (place/retrieve equipment on storage shelving), kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly
