Job Type: Full time, Part time, Hourly

Wage: $22-$30/hr.

Location: Canon City, CO.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician. In this role, you will work one-on-one with individuals, primarily children, diagnosed with autism or developmental disabilities. Not registered? We can help with that!

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collect data during sessions to track progress
  • Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals
  • Support skill-building in areas such as communication, social interaction, and daily living
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports
  • Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
  • Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation

The candidate we are looking for will have:

  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Compassion and patient approach when working with children
  • Reliable transportation
  • RBT Certification (strongly preferred)
