Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Server or Barista to join our team. As a server, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible providing exceptional customer service and serving chef driven creative brunch menu that includes espresso and bar drinks . Your role will involve creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while making sure everyone is taken care of in an efficient and attentive manner . If you have a love for food, cocktails, wine dessert and coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Support team members by helping with tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Create and contribute to a welcoming environment.
• Efficiently take orders and communicate with everyone including other coworkers.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash register integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils.
• Assist with some food presentation, ensuring all items meet quality standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing.
• Familiarity with food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Sales experience is a plus, as you will be encouraged to promote menu items and specials.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work setting is essential.
