Responsibilities for Lube Tech:

• Identifying fluid leakage, tire wear, service light identification and unperformed maintenance
• Pre-purchase vehicle inspections
• Replacing light bulbs Inspecting brake pads and shoe wear, rotor and drum wear limits, and fluid leakage
• Communicating with the service advisor regarding needed safety repairs or maintenance other than those listed on the repair order
• General cleaning of service area and facility grounds if needed
• Other forms of preventative maintenance
• Responsible for oil/lube/tire changes, 72 point inspections and minor vehicle repairs
• Ensures a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task
• Servicing a wide variety of makes and models of cars and trucks
