Job Description
Our company is seeking an Automotive Diesel Mechanic to join our fast-paced and growing shop. While this role focuses on diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, our ideal candidate is also comfortable working as a technician who can diagnose and repair technology issues in newer trucks. Applicants need a valid driver's license.
Diesel Mechanic Duties and Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair issues in diesel engines
- Diagnose and repair issues with, brakes, transmission, steering, and other systems
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace
Diesel Mechanic Requirements and Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Diesel technician or mechanic degree
- Experience with small diesel engine repair
- Mechanical skills
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
