We have an immediate need for an Auto Body Technician.

The Auto Body Technician will be responsible for repairing and refinishing vehicles to manufacturer standards, utilizing knowledge of automotive repair techniques and tools. This includes assessing damage, repairing or replacing damaged parts, and ensuring the highest quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair or replace damaged vehicle parts using hand and power tools, including welding and panel beating
  • Prepare surfaces for refinishing, including sanding, masking, and priming
  • Refinish vehicle surfaces using paint and clear coat, ensuring a perfect match with the vehicle's original finish
  • Ensure the highest levels of quality control by inspecting repairs and refinishing work
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair process
  • Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques, tools, and materials
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Bonus: Completion of a vocational training program in auto body repair or equivalent experience

Pay rate subject to experience: Entry-Level: 0-2 years of experience in auto body repair Advanced-Level: 3+ years of experience in auto body repair

Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability
