Job Description:
The Assistant Veterans Service Officer (VSO) supports the Veterans Services Office by managing front office operations, coordinating the veteran transportation program, and assisting veterans with benefits claims. The role also provides administrative support for the Veterans Trust Fund (VTF) grant and works with community partners to enhance veteran services. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
This is a part-time, 20 hours a week, nonexempt, hourly position, with a pay range of $19.00 to $22.00, DOE.
