Assistant Dietary Director Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Management in the food industry
- Healthcare experience preffered
Assistant Dietary Director Job Duties:

Supervising and managing the dietary department and staff
- Working closely with the dietary director to assist with anything needed in the dietary department

Follow state and federal guidelines

Follow facility policies and procedures
