Wage: $17/hr.

Location: Canon City, CO.

Job Description:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Must be able to stand for the duration of your shift.
2. Safely and efficiently produce products meeting expectations for quality.
3. Perform various operations in the work areas as assigned by the Supervisor.
Responsibilities are subject to change based on supervisor’s direction.
4. Contribute and support to maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and your
fellow co-workers.
5. Assembles the materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished product from raw
materials.
6. Operate production line hand tools/machinery and handle equipment starting and
stopping activities during each designated shift.
7. Pack and/or kit finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
8. Responsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary to produce product
within specifications. Reject product outside of specifications and notify Supervisor.
9. Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
10. Operate forklift to maintain raw material supply for the production line (only if certified).
11. Complete daily production logs (may be manual entry or via scanner).
12. Perform minor preventive maintenance (PMs) on production line machinery. Notify
supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
13. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Ensure company policies are applied and enforced
(i.e. operational, safety, administrative, etc.)
14. Focus on improved productivity levels in a manner that stresses effectiveness by
improving processes
15. Make sure tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each
shift.
16. Must be able to work required overtime hours.
17. Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
18. Perform other duties as assigned.
