GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
The City of Salida Arts and Culture department is seeking a part time Audio/Visual Technician to join our team! This is a part time position with evening and weekend work required. Starting salary $22.00 - $26.50 per hour, and includes an individual swim benefit at the Salida Hot Springs Aquatic Center and discounts on recreation and aquatics programs and products.
The Audio-Visual Technician is responsible for the setup, operation, and breakdown of audio, video, lighting, and streaming systems in support of events such as concerts, theatrical performances, meetings, and video productions. This position plays a key role in ensuring technical excellence and smooth execution of events held at the SteamPlant Event Center, the Touber Building, and other City venues.
