Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple retail locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in retail management, ensuring that all stores meet company standards for customer service, sales, and operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive approach to team management, inventory control, and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across assigned retail locations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead and develop store teams through effective training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage payroll and bookkeeping activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Conduct employee orientation and training sessions to promote a high level of customer service.
• Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for store positions.
• Utilize negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and improve team dynamics.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales goals while maintaining budgetary constraints.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Foster strong communication within the team and with upper management regarding operational updates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with a focus on team leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficient in retail math, inventory control, POS systems, and cash handling procedures.
• Experience in training & development of staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Familiarity with merchandising techniques and marketing strategies that drive sales growth.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
