Job Description:
ALC seeks a part-time Administrative Assistant to help ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly so we can focus on providing the best possible services to the Lake County community. Located in ALC’s admin office on Harrison Ave, this role is a 20 hours/week on-site position with the possibility of increased hours over time.
Working closely with the Operations & Advancement Director, the Admin Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks (think mail, email, phone calls, filing) as well as support key functions like human resources, communications, facilities management, and special projects. The successful applicant will be tech savvy with outstanding communication skills (bilingual a plus!) and a passion for mission-driven, community-oriented work. This role may include participation in ALC’s rotating on-call crisis hotline coverage; to be discussed during the interview process
Schedule: 20 hours/week (preferably five 4-hour days or four 5-hour days)
Salary: $20-$25/hour (dependent on experience and on-call coverage)
