Job Description:

 Salida Montessori Charter School is seeking a full-time office assistant to join our upbeat team for the 24/25 school year. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, flexibility, strong communication skills, general knowledge of Gmail and Google Drive, and a love of children. This position will be salaried Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 4 pm, beginning August 7th and running through May 2024, with some light work over the summer break.

Job duties will include:

• assisting the Preschool Director with general office tasks

• answering and returning phone calls

• assisting with the enrollment process and paperwork

• placing orders for all of the SMCS classrooms

• helping with grant applications

• covering daily lunch breaks

• holding the space with happiness and respect. 

Benefits:

• Full Time Salary, experience dependent, $30,000 - 40,000
