Job Description:
The City of Salida Parks and Recreation department is seeking a full-time Administration and Community Relations Supervisor to join our team at the Salida Hot Springs Aquatic Center!
The Administration and Community Relations Supervisor plays a key leadership role in supporting daily operations of the Parks and Recreation Department with a focus on Salida Hot Springs Aquatic Center front desk oversight, customer service excellence, administrative systems and organization, and internal and external communications. Responsibilities include overseeing front desk operations and staff, coordinating communication strategies, contract oversight, handling administrative and human resources tasks, maintaining financial accuracy, and optimizing the use of recreation software. The supervisor serves as a key liaison between staff and the public, providing proactive service and effective communication while supporting the broader Parks and Recreation Department.
Salary range $48,588 - $70,948 annually, hiring range up to $62,400 annually.
