Location: Salida, CO.

Job Description:

As a 3D Construction Print Technician / Additive Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Operator/Machinist, you'll take a central role in operating and maintaining state-of-the-art 3D construction printing equipment. Joining a dynamic four-person team and actively supporting daily operations printing residential single and multi-family homes. Develop and implement concrete additive manufacturing processes and collaborate with our engineering team through documentation and onsite diagnostics, driving advancements in construction methods. With a meticulous eye for detail and a deep grasp of machine capabilities, you'll ensure flawless system performance with minimal oversight. Proficiency in computer systems is crucial, and strong CAD and G-Code skills are preferred; additional training is provided as needed. Two years of construction required. We seek a proactive problem solver who thrives in collaborative settings and excels in troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) VeroTouch requires that the applicant has sufficient ability to complete the required tasks outlined in essential duties/responsibilities along with the physical means and skills outlined below.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Operate and maintain advanced 3D construction printing equipment for precise single- and multi-family home printing.
  • Maintain accurate operational documentation and perform routine maintenance, including basic diagnostics and technical support.
  • Collaborate effectively to execute projects and achieve goals, applying technical expertise to improve system operations.
  • Work with the off-site engineering team to document processes and perform onsite diagnostics, driving continuous improvement.
  • Basic understanding of CAD and G-Code 
  • Monitor system performance for seamless operation and promptly resolve technical issues to ensure peak performance.
  • Contribute to team meetings for innovative construction methods, stay updated on industry trends, and ensure adherence to safety protocols while training and mentoring team members as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline preferred
  • Experience
    • 2 years experience in construction required
    • Knowledge of concrete, with a willingness to undergo additional training
  • Skills
    • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to both give and receive direction.
    • A meticulous eye for detail and a results-driven approach to tasks.
    • Flexibility to evolve in a startup environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and quick response to operational challenges.
    • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset to implement new ideas.
