Position Summary:

The Senior Director of Digital Go-to-Market (GTM) guides the definition and delivery of a new set of revenue-generating services and programs for the Pax8 partner community. They work closely with sales and marketing leadership, revenue operations, and the marketplace engineering teams to define services that help partners grow their revenue and expand services to their customers. The Senior Director leads the vision and development of GTM offers and sales capabilities for both Pax8 sales and our partners to visualize, identify, and deliver on new revenue opportunities. They define the goals, KPIs, and dashboards to help track and manage performance – for Pax8 and our partners.

This is a highly visible and high velocity position. The Senior Director heavily contributes to Pax8’s innovation and market expansion. To achieve success, they are adept at leading complex cross-functional initiatives, across geographies, markets, solutions, and fiscal years. The Senior Director has a product manager’s vision for innovation and the pragmatic discipline of a program manager. They are comfortable engaging engineers and salespeople, with equal enthusiasm and partnership. The Senior Director thrives in transforming big goals into reality and helping others achieve success.

The Pax8 Sales Strategy organization is on a mission to reinvent the partner experience, innovate new GTM services to accelerate Pax8 and partner revenue, and craft new revenue services and agile processes that scale the success of our ecosystem. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the definition of partner GTM and revenue services offerings via Marketplace In partnership with sales and marketing teams, define sales plays, campaigns in a box, and GTM services for partners
  • Define the optimal delivery model and requirements for sales tooling to deliver and measure sales play execution, across regional sales teams In partnership with marketing, operations, and engineering, manage requirements, roadmap, milestones, beta testing
  • Partner with revenue operations to develop metrics and reporting dashboards to measure performance and deliver sales and partners with actionable KPIs and revenue metrics
  • Lead and direct teams, which span disciplines, functions, and regions

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least ten (10) to twelve (12) years of product management or program management in SaaS or related technology industry
  • At least six (6) years of direct management of product/program management teams or similar
  • Demonstrated expertise in agile project management and test/design/build
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in dynamic, rapid growth environments
  • Demonstrated accountability in owning and delivering revenue/P&L budgets and initiatives
  • Analytical rigor, a passion for data, reasoning, and comfort in test/learn/agile environments
  • Effective and mature communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, persuasive both verbally and in writing
  • Experience in building trusting relationships and influencing across broad group of stakeholders, peers, and senior leadership

Required Education Certifications:

  • B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Agile or project management certification preferred

Compensation: Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $175,000 or more depending on experience 

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
