Full Time

Pay: $15.00/hr or more depending on experience

The Partner Service Operations Intern is primarily responsible for Academy data validation/analysis and project management. He/she works collaboratively with the Academy team to ensure that all tickets/workflows are accurate, completed on-time and deliver expected results.

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):

  • Owns and manages data validation for all ConnectWise Tickets
  • Meets with internal stakeholders to ensure that dates, timeframes, and desired work flows are clearly defined
  • Collects, catalogues and enters information from Partners/Clients to ConnectWise
  • Organizes Partner schedules for the Academy Executive Coaching team
  • Documents all new Operations Processes
  • Ensures all existing documentation is up to date with the most recent process editions

Required Education & Certifications:

  • Pursuing a B.S./B.A. degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
