Job Description:

Manager of Information Technology St Vincent Health is currently looking for an IT manager to take on the responsibility of day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and project delivery. This person must be self-motivated and able to work independently but cooperatively with our MSP provider. Additionally, having the ability and knowledge to work on Telephone, Camera, and all Communication systems will be a significant value add. Overall day-to-day administration of all system devices and peripherals, including mobile technology.

Duties

  • Oversee all information technology assets, Onboarding & Off boarding requirements
  • Manage all local IT technology, including conference room technology, workspace, and in-office support for all buildings and employees, onsite and remote.
  • Lead and ensure the success of technology experience along with people technology projects. This will include creation of effective process to ensure deadlines are met, staying on budget and implement best practices that align with St. Vincent Health Values, beliefs and behaviors.
  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure ticket priorities are established, met and measured.
  • Serve as a lead representative and liaison between external vendors (MSP Provider) and other stakeholders for required updates and maintenance.
  • Delivers technology solutions for security, regulatory, and legal compliance associated with the major functions of the domain.
  • Provide metric driven reporting, available on a weekly and monthly basis, to communicate helpdesk performance and show improvement to business workflows.
  • Track ongoing priorities and the team's progress within a designated period to ensure deadlines are hit in our ticketing system.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement- analyze work and tickets, find ways to reduce tickets, promote self-service, update documentation & procedures to gain efficiency.
  • Maintaining and managing IT HIPPA compliance

Requirements

  • Preferred 2 yrs. "Hands-On" IT Experience – Additional Telephone, Camera, and Mobile communication equipment.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within an IT environment.
  • Strong LAN, server management, Windows operating systems, and network support knowledge.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in technical support and troubleshooting across various platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability in IT project management with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,168.00 - $102,627.00 per year
