Job Description

Full Time

Pay: Determined via Master Agreement

Job Responsibilities:

  • 171 day contract
  • 8.5 hour workday
  • Work with grades, scheduling process, and records keeping
  • Coordinate assessments & schedules
  • Provide services to students with special needs
  • Be a liaison between students, teachers, parents, community and other agencies
  • Personal/social counseling
Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Colorado Counseling License
  • Ability to teach to the Colorado Counselor Standards
  • Successful completion of all mandated criminal background screenings and fingerprinting 
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous work in a school setting or similar work experience 
  • Previous work with Colorado School Counselor Corps Grant Program
  • Computer skills essential
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in multiple schools to help facilitate grant implementation of new SEL Curriculum
