ABOUT THE ROLE
Provide technical support and improve maintenance systems with new methods on maintaining various
measuring devices ( Pressures, temperatures, Load cells, weighing systems, flowmeters, Gases ,
Dust…..etc) in production line based on industry standards, work on emergencies and incidents for plant
instruments, organize the available resources to reduce the time of troubleshooting to guarantee the quality
of job
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
- Prepare the Risk assessment for daily and routine activities to ensure a safe workplace.
- Follow up and supervise on a daily basis the emergency daily maintenance activities.
- Supervise the day Electricians and Shift Electricians on daily basis during handing-over and team daily meetings.
- Follow-up on daily maintenance activities to reduce troubleshooting time and prioritize the activities.
- Ensuring the quality of job to avoid repeated failures.
- Review spare parts availability in the warehouse.
- Supervise on contractors, 3rd parties and service providers activities.
- Supervise, follow up and report the Routine maintenance activities for plant instruments.
- Execute and report the plant instruments calibration plan.
- Ensure and report the plant critical sensors reliability, accuracy and efficiency.
- 12- Supervise the administrative works for Electricians (Shift, On Call,…..etc) to ensure resource availability.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Education: Associates degree or 5-8 years of equivalent experience.
- Required Work Experience: Min of 5yrs of experience.
